Box 1341 was struck for a reported building fire in a high-rise under construction on causeway st. First arriving companies had heavy fire showing from the 21st floor and ordered a second alarm. It soon became evident that the elevators in the building were inoperable and a third alarm was ordered for manpower and relief.
